In 2019, Thai singer-songwriter Numcha released her first single Keep Cold and life has not been the same since. The song went viral, having now accumulated 18 million streams on Spotify, and marked the beginning of her music career, one that she says is a “dream come true.”

Her love for music was delicately sowed like a seed at the age of eight, a passion that has only grown and blossomed as the years go by. While studying for her bachelor’s degree in music, she began actively involving herself in Bangkok’s music scene. In her fourth year at university, she penned her first demo album in her dormitory—including the viral single that brought her into the eyes of the public. In late 2019, she recorded the official music video to weave in new elements that truly represented her winding journey.

Since then, Numcha has accomplished numerous achievements, such as touring Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan and collaborating with frontman Kuo of Taiwan’s Sunset Rollercoaster on the single Merry Midnight in December 2021. In 2022, she released her ten-track debut album, Bloom, which charts the journey in creating her first record. Much like the fluidity of her lyrics, the album has open pathways for one to wander through and lose yourself in, reminding others of their own signficant periods of change.
