How do I upload my receipt(s)?

Log in to your profile on Esplanade.com, go to “Upload My Receipts”. Use your mobile device to take a photo of your receipt and upload that image. The final net amount reflected in the receipt will be added into your total spend automatically. Please allow at least 5 working days for your receipt images to be processed.

Must I upload the receipts on the same day of purchase?

Receipts must be submitted by the following day in order for your spend to be tracked. For example, if you made a purchase on 1 Mar 2023, receipts must be submitted by 2 Mar 2023, 11.59pm.

How many receipts can I upload in a day?

You can upload as many receipts as you like.

What is the minimum spend needed in a single receipt for it to be tracked?

There is no minimum spend.

Where can I view my transaction history?

Log in to your profile and go into “My Transactions” to view your past spends at Esplanade Mall and on tickets to events held at Esplanade.

Why is my receipt declined?

This could be due to various reasons such as faded ink, image taken in poor lighting, tenant information being cropped out, etc. If this has happened to you, email membership@esplanade.com and attach a clear and clean image of your receipt.

Please note that only official store receipts are accepted. Bank transfer screenshots and credit card transaction slips are not valid.

How long does it take for my receipt submitted to be approved?

Your receipt will be approved and reflected in your member account within 5 working days if your purchase amount is below $500. Please note that the image of your receipt must be clear, taken in decent lighting and against a clean background.

For purchases of $500 and above, please allow at least 5 working days for the receipts to be processed and approve.

• No minimum spend needed in a single receipt for it to be tracked.

• Receipts from participating outlets at Esplanade Mall are accepted, excluding Waterfront kiosks.
• Only official store receipts are accepted. Bank transfer screenshots and credit card transaction slips are not valid.
• Images of receipts must be uploaded in your profile by the following day from the purchase date in order for your spend to be tracked.
• Please allow at least 5 working days for the receipt image to be processed.

Where can the Esplanade voucher be used?
These vouchers can be used when you shop or dine at participating outlets in Esplanade Mall. The validity period of the vouchers is 3 months.

Can I refer more than 1 friend?
Yes, you can give your referral code to as many friends as you like, but you will only receive 1 $5 voucher once 1 friend has signed up for Esplanade&Me. That friend who signed up will also receive a $5 voucher.

Will I get more than one $5 Esplanade voucher if more than 1 friend signs up?
No, you will receive 1 $5 voucher even if more than 1 friend signs up for the membership.

Where do I find my referral code?
Login to your member profile, go to My Account and copy the referral code to share with your friends.
