Kalaa Utsavam – Indian Festival of Arts 2022

High Commission of India, Singapore, proudly celebrates Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of progressive India and the glorious history of its people, culture and achievements. The celebration is an embodiment of all that is progressive about India’s socio-cultural, political and economic identity. The official journey of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav commenced on 12th March 2021, the start of a 75-week countdown to our 75th anniversary of independence ending on 15th August 2023. The festivities in Singapore specially highlight the India-Singapore story rooted in strong commercial, cultural and people-to-people links across a millennium.

Fort Sanctuary works closely with farmers and tea experts in Wuyishan, China, to produce some of the world's finest specialty teas. Through the expertise, learnings and experience from their years in Wuyishan, its founders want to show that Singapore is capable of producing fine teas.
