Look forward to three different generations of performers: Close-harmony trio The Sugar Bees from Gen Z, songstress Lily Anna Nuris from Gen X and pop superstar, baby boomer Veronica Young. Sing along to familiar favourites as they bring girl power to the stage for Ladies' Night!

Lily Anna Nuris

Multifaceted performer Lily Anna Nuris is known for her charm, versatility and soothing vocals. She is a seasoned performer, having graced the stage at National Day Parade 2007, Mosaic Music Festival 2009 and 2010 as well as Coffee Morning & Afternoon Tea at Esplanade.

Harmony never sounded so sweet… not since The Sugar Bees have been buzzin’ about! This close-harmony trio have been breathing new life into evergreen classics since 2018. The trio are well-known in the jazz circuit, and have performed at Esplanade events such as Voices – A Festival of Song as well as Jazz in July.

Veronica Young

Veronica is one of the biggest stars of the Singapore pop scene in the 1960s.She made her singing debut with popular 1960s bands The Silver Strings and Cyclones at a tea dance in 1964. Veronica quickly rose to stardom the following year when she won the Millie Small of Singapore contest in 1965 covering the Jamaica- born singer's hit, My Boy Lollipop. Her career took off as she sang at clubs, cut records and went on the road, performing sold out shows in Malaysia and Vietnam.
