Synopsis

JYP Entertainment’s emerging 4th Generation rock band Xdinary Heroes will set foot in Singapore this March to the long-awaited delight of their fans. CK Star Entertainment is proud to present “Xdinary Heroes World Tour in Singapore” happening on 17 March 2024 (Sunday), 6PM, at the Esplanade Theatre.

The group’s name, Xdinary Heroes, a shortened form of “Extraordinary Heroes”, encapsulates the meaning of ‘Anyone can be a Hero’. Consisting of 6 members: Drummer and Leader Gun-il, Keyboardists Jungsu and O.de, Guitarists Gaon and Jun Han, and Bassist Jooyeon. The members are known for being multi-talented, from playing instruments to singing, writing, composing, as well as producing their own music.

In December 2021, Xdinary Heroes debuted with single “Happy Death Day” (2021), partially written and composed by members Jungsu and Gaon. Upon release, the track clinched a remarkable peak position of 12 on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart, a huge feat for the new rookie act at the time.

The band’s subsequent releases that show off their unique colour quickly placed them on the radar of domestic and international K-pop fans. This is evidenced by the success of their second EP “Overload” (2022), which achieved a peak position of fifth on the Circle Chart (previously known as the Gaon Album Chart), third EP “Deadlock” (2023), and most recently “Livelock” (2023), which achieved positions of eighth and seventh respectively.

Xdinary Heroes are housed under JYP Entertainment’s sub-label Studio J, known for also managing established band DAY6. As one of the few standout rock bands to debut in the 4th generation, Xdinary Heroes’ alluring vocals and concept, boyish charms, powerful pop rock discography as well as constant and genuine engagement with their fans - aptly named Villains, has gained them a niche and dedicated fanbase that continues to steadily grow in numbers.

The band’s exceptional musicality and devoted fans have led to a steady climb in Xdinary Heroes’ career. Just barely a year into their debut, they achieved the Best New Male Artist award and the Best Band Performance award at the prestigious 2022 Mnet Asia Music Awards. Xdinary Heroes was also recently awarded the Band Award at the long-standing 2023 Seoul Music Awards.

With the release of their latest EP “Livelock” (2023), the band answered the demand of Villains’ desire to catch their live performances by announcing their first international world tour . The world tour kicked off with 3 days in Seoul in November last year followed by six European stops. Singapore is the latest stop announced for the upcoming Asia tour happening in March, with other stops being Jakarta, Taipei, Manila, and Bangkok.

Villains can anticipate an evening filled with Xdinary Heroes’ signature energy and rock-filled live performances for their first ever show in Singapore. Fans who purchase their tickets before 10 March 2024, 11.59PM will also get to enjoy exclusive fan benefits. ADMISSION POLICY

1. Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.

2. There will be no admission for infants in arms and children below 3 years old.

3. Individuals aged 3 years old and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission.

4. No professional photography, videography, audio recording and social media live streaming are allowed.

5. No iPads, tablets and laptops are allowed.

6. No outside food and beverage are allowed into the venue.
