Guided Tours

Access to venues are subject to availability.

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

All confirmed tours are final and non-refundable.

There will be no refund in lieu of fewer number in attendance on the day of the tour, or postponement of the tour.

Should Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay ("Esplanade") initiate cancellation of booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we shall endeavor to notify the person who booked the tour via the provided contact, at least 3 days prior to the date of the tour and arrange for an alternative date. If an alternative date cannot be agreed, full refund will be provided. Esplanade is not liable for any other expenses or costs which might have been incurred to attend the tour.

Should participants be late for the tour, there will no extension of time to make-up for the late start time.

Should Esplanade start the tour late due to unforeseen circumstances, the tour will be delivered in its entirety.

Before commencement of the tour, a print-out of the ticket or conformation form will be required as proof of payment and/or booking.

Esplanade shall not be responsible or liable for any injuries or losses suffered by the tour participants.

Esplanade reserves the right to amend, delete, and/or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

All tour participants are advised to read Esplanade’s General Advisory ahead of your visit to the centre.

Please also take note of the following guidelines for Esplanade’s Guided Tours:

• Only tickets purchased through SISTIC or Esplanade’s authorised partners will be accepted.
