Join Novo Winds for a throwback to the ’70s and ’80s, as they present a vibrant selection of classic hits and unforgettable tunes. From the upbeat soul tunes of The Jackson 5 to the electrifying pop anthems of ABBA, take a trip back in time to the lively ’70s and ’80s! In true Novo Winds fashion, they will also be performing iconic pieces from hit musicals like Miss Saigon, Les Miserables and The Phantom of the Opera.

Formed in 2010, Novo Winds is a non-profit community band under the auspices of Toa Payoh South Community Club, dedicated to promoting musical development in its members. Novo means “anew, afresh and from the beginning” in Latin and serves as the band’s guiding principle as they incorporate new performance concepts and musical directions to reach out to a wider audience.
