kotoji

kotoji is a singer-songwriter musician from Singapore. Her introspective and honest lyrics are accompanied by her bright, indie rock power pop sound as her way of expressing the youthfulness of even the heaviest of adult experiences. She draws from a wide variety of musical influences and genres ranging from Japanese rock to jangle pop. A multi-instrumentalist who co-produces and composes all of her own works, kotoji has performed a number of gigs in Singapore, Philippines and New York City, furthering her journey as an independent musician while also partaking in a number of songwriting projects with and for other artists.
