Synopsis

Following their well-received performance at In Youthful Company 2022, the trio of Li Jiaqi, Natasha Lee and Damian Teo (known as Online Party Request) return to Esplanade with colleagues from Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music. Look forward to jazzified arrangements of soundtracks from games such as Pokemon, Maplestory, Genshin Impact, Hollow Knight, Super Mario as well as the films of Studio Ghibli.

 

This performance will also feature poetry-reading, to create a more immersive atmosphere by depicting scenes from the games and anime, drawing the audience further into these worlds with their music.

Mask-wearing is optional. However, audiences are encouraged to continue to exercise responsibility and caution, such as wearing masks when in crowded places. No tickets will be issued. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Originally a flute, violin and piano trio made up of Li Jiaqi, Natasha Lee and Damian Teo, JDN Party Quest is now joined by fellow colleagues of the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, namely Jeremy Ng, Jaco Ng, Khai Weing and Robbie Say. The group came together through their common love for video games played during their childhood, and now they aspire to bring these nostalgic soundtracks to life to share with the world.
