Lift your Christmas spirits with Wan Hua and Chee Hang for a night of festive music on the erhu and piano! The pair will perform your favorite Chinese and Western tunes, including selections from Tchaikovsky’s popular ballet, The Nutcracker. Come listen to favorite classics such as erhu masterpieces Jiang Nan Chun Se, Kong Shan Niao Yu and Sunshine on Tashkurgan, and enjoy new arrangements of Christmas tunes.
Mask-wearing is optional. However, audiences are encouraged to continue to exercise responsibility and caution, such as wearing masks when in crowded places. No tickets will be issued. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Chia Wan Hua is a zhonghu musician in the Singapore Chinese Orchestra and a founding member of the award winning huqin ensemble StringWerkz. She has performed in Taiwan, Minnesota and all over Singapore with various orchestras and as soloist, clinching prizes in national and international competitions.

See Chee Hang, dubbed “a cool and confident performer”, is a prize winning pianist, composer and conductor. He is regularly featured as soloist and in festivals in Europe, Asia and North and South America. His 2022 album was awarded the silver medal at the Global Music Awards.
