Synopsis

From piloting a rocket to space to becoming a super spy saving the world, discover all the things a string can do in this delightful puppet show! Playful and interactive, this show by Lee Dae Yeol creates different worlds through object theatre, puppetry and clowning. At times mischievous, at times tender, Lee charms the audience by intertwining, untangling and cutting up both strings and stories. Fire up your imagination and let your creative thinking soar in this clever puppet show for all ages!

Long & Short Company is the solo theatre company of Lee Dae Yeol. He began his artistic career playing with a yo-yo on the street before turning his attention to puppetry and clowning. His show, A Show with Strings won the Best Domestic Competition Award at the Chuncheon Puppet Festival, in South Korea, 2019.
