AK Theatre stands committed to discovering the immense potential of art in each individual and enabling them to open the threshold of a new art world. A non-commercial art organization founded in 2013, AK Theatre celebrates Indian heritage and Tamil language through revival of storytelling and traditional art forms. For more than a decade, AK Theatre has been conducting art festivals, interactive workshops and stage productions with focus on Indian traditional arts infused with Singaporean elements. AK Theatre pays tribute to the deep-rooted heritage of India by presenting traditional Indian arts to the global market through creative art education programmes.
