Synopsis

Calling all line dance veterans, enthusiasts and newcomers—dance the night away to golden oldies! Enjoy timeless tunes as you groove to the rhythm by the waterfront with your loved ones. Come dressed in comfortable attire and footwear, join in the fun and follow classic line dance moves led by Country Line Dance Association.

 

In the event of inclement weather, Esplanade will decide to delay or cancel the time slot for everyone’s safety.

Advisory:

  • No tickets will be issued. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Participants are advised to come in comfortable attire and footwear.

Country Line Dance Association (Singapore)

Country Line Dance Association (Singapore) or CLDAS in short, was incorporated in August 2000 with the objectives of promoting line dancing in Singapore and maintaining the true origin of country and western music and dances. CLDAS is managed professionally by volunteers, all with the passion for line dancing and to serve.

 

Line dancing is well received by the general public and is seen as a part of a healthy lifestyle and fun retirement activity.
