Synopsis

Mari Menari is an annual performance that is part of Muara Festival showcasing the talent and youthful energy of dancers from primary, secondary and tertiary schools. By performing on the big stage, this performance encourages the youth performers to gain exposure and confidence to continue promoting Malay Dance Arts in the younger generation and beyond.

 

Youth Stage: Mari Menari 2 will feature dancers from various tertiary schools alongside emerging dance groups.

 

Muara Festival is presented by Era Dance Theatre in collaboration with Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay as part of Esplanade’s Pentas series.
