Japanese YouTuber-scientist-composer-pianist Hayato Sumino (also known as Cateen) returns to Singapore with his long anticipated concert in 2024! Internationally acclaimed for hits such as 7 levels of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Big Cat Waltz, Recollection, and New Birth, Hayato is a rising musical sensation traversing the classical and digital inspirations. A truly ambidextrous talent, Hayato won the Grand Prix at Japan’s prestigious PTGN piano competition as a science postgraduate at the University of Tokyo, before becoming a semi-finalist at the 2021 International Chopin Competition in Warsaw. Outside the concert halls, he shares his original, cross-genre compositions on YouTube by the name Cateen, captivating over 1.3 million subscribers worldwide, with over 160 million views and counting!

His unique style, a fusion of classical techniques, arrangements, and improvisational skills, has been well-received by fans around the world. A Steinway artist and CASIO electronic musical instrument ambassador, he is a truly new type of pianist that pushes the boundaries of classical music.
