About Marcus Chin
Marcus is a veteran artist whose career has spanned more than forty years in the entertainment industry. In the 1970s, he became one of Singapore’s most popular TV hosts with several Chinese variety programmes under his belt. Following a hiatus from television, he went on to carve out a successful career in theatre and live performances while also becoming a sought-after singer and recording artist. He is currently one of the anchor DJ of LOVE 97.2FM Breakfast Quartet, Singapore’s most popular Chinese morning radio show.
About August Lum
August Lum is a prolific and multifaceted composer, arranger, music editor, soundscape designer and keyboardist. He has worked on films, animated series, theatre and also created music for theme parks. In 2014 and 2015, he worked on and arranged two television theme songs that were subsequently nominated for “Best Theme Song” at Mediacorp’s Star Awards. In 2016, his score for The Violin, an animated short film that depicts eighty years of Singapore history through the journey of a violin, saw him walk away with the Best Music Composition (Full Length) prize at the Asia Apollo Awards.
