We use slang every day, but how many of you know that a lot of these words came from the jazz world? That’s right, jazz has always been that hip, creative kid on the block, whether it’s making up infectious rhythms and beats on the spot, or words that everyone likes to use. Since the time of its inception, jazz has had a language of its own, and no matter how you see it, it’s a trailblazer. There’s nothing more authentic than running with whatever pops up in your head.
