About Peter Huang
Peter Huang has been heavily involved in music in Singapore and abroad since 1997, wearing different hats as a singer, songwriter, producer, vocal percussionist, vocal arranger and recording engineer.
As co-founder and vocal percussionist of local band MICappella, he has contributed in shaping the Singapore music scene, bringing contemporary a cappella to the foreground as a mainstream force to be reckoned with. MICappella tours internationally and has performed at high profile events such as the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix (2019) and National Day Parade (2018).
Huang has held solo concerts in Taiwan, Toronto and Singapore. He has also been on judging panels while conducting masterclasses at international a cappella festivals and competitions in USA, Shanghai, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore.
